You can request that your MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet app account be deleted by calling our Client services on 0860 100 445, or you can use the ‘Delete My Account’ button in the settings section of the MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet app.

Kindly note that while we are in the process of deleting your account, we will retain some of your personal information during this process, which will be entirely deleted within 90 days from our systems.
