A Beacon of Hope for Animal Welfare

Making dreams come true at the Rush Ndou DARG Community Clinic

In a heartwarming celebration of compassion and community, a  successful launch of the Rush Ndou DARG Community Clinic took place on Saturday, 19th August 2023. This monumental achievement, two years in the making, stands as a testament to the power of unity and the spirit of giving back.

“This clinic has been almost two years in the making, and we’re grateful to our sponsors, builders, and consultants who have made it a reality,” says Faustina Gardner, MD of Domestic Animal Rescue Group. “One of these was a whopping R350 000 donation from MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet as part of their Corporate Social Investment initiatives.”

The Rush Ndou DARG Community Clinic, situated in the heart of Hout Bay, is more than just a healthcare facility for pets. It’s a beacon of hope, a safe haven where pets from lower-income communities receive essential veterinary care, vaccinations, and love. This clinic stands as a symbol of our commitment to creating a world where every wagging tail signifies happiness and well-being.

We believe in the power of collective action. Our R350 000 donation toward the Rush Ndou DARG Community Clinic is not just a financial contribution; it’s an investment in the well-being of communities. Through initiatives like these, we aim to make a tangible difference, fostering positive change and creating a brighter future for all.
