1. The (MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet and Engen El Madre Launch Promotion (“the promotion”) is operated by Virtual Market Place (Pty) Ltd (Reg No: 1997/016316/07) (“MySchool”) of Atlantic House, 16 Corporation Street, Cape Town, 8001.

2. The promotion is open to all cardholders over age of 18 years who are in lawful possession of a MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet card and swipes at participating Engen El Madre.

3. To enter the competition supporters need to Swipe their MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet card at the participating Engen El Madre when–
* filling up on the forecourt with Fuel
* and/or by purchasing to the value of R50.00 within the ENGEN El Madre convenience shop as of the 14 October 2019 to 30 November 2019 and you could win an adult sized Springbok Rugby jersey, there are 10 up for grabs and an airtime voucher to the value of R200.00 . Purchases EXCLUDE Purchasing of cigarettes, prepaid water/electricity, air time/data.

4. The winner will be selected by means of a lucky draw. The promotion is open to MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet supporters using a Blue MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet card. Participiation is welcome from all schools within the Nelspruit area.

5. The promotion commences on 14th October 2019 and shall close midnight on 30th November 2019 and winners will be notified within the school space by the head of the school. Timing conditional per school per last assembly.

6. The promotion shall not be open to MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet employees or their family members, including the employees and family members of the MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet advertising and promotional agencies and distributors. As well as ENGEN El Madre employees and Woolworths employee.

7. In order to be entered into the promotion, the MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet card holders are required to swipe their MySchool card at the participating Engen El Madre:- a)forecourt for fuel purchases and/or within the convenience store to a minimum value of R50 or more during the promotional period. Purchases EXCLUDE Purchasing of cigarettes, prepaid water/electricity, air time/data.

8. Multiple entries are permitted and the prize is limited to one winner per participating school.

9. The judges’ decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. The prizes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

11. In the event that the winner cannot be successfully contacted following all reasonable attempts to do so, within 72 hours, MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet reserves the right to disqualify the winner from the promotion and to draw another winner in his stead.

12. By participating in the promotion, the winners agree to release and hold ENGEN El Madre and MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet harmless against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this competition or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.

13. MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet collects and uses personal information about entrants to allow them to enter competitions, comply with audit requirements in terms of the Consumer Protection Act and to determine the winner(s) for the competitions. MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet may use the winners’ name and/or images in marketing material but winners will always be informed of this beforehand and will be given an opportunity to refuse to permit any use of their names and/or images.
