T&Cs: Woolworths Welgemoed Easter Promotion

By participating in the above mentioned promotion, you are accept the following Terms and Conditions:

1. The MySchool Woolworths Welgemoed Easter Promotion is open to all parents or guardians from Welgemoed Primary School over the age of 18 years.
2. The prizes are to be awarded by means of a lucky draw to three new MySchool card applicants. The prizes are: a Woolworths Gift Card valued at R250 (1^st prize) and two Woolworths Hampers values at R150 each for the 2^nd and 3rd prize respectively.
3. The promotion commences on 1 March 2012 and shall close on 29 March 2012.
4. The MySchool Woolworths Welgemoed Easter Promotion shall not be open to MySchool employees and their family members including the employees and family members of the MySchool advertising and promotional agencies and distributors.
5. In order to be entered into the competition, card holders are required to apply for a MySchool card at Woolworths Welgemoed during the promotion period.
6. Multiple entries are not permitted.
7. Winner announcement will be held on 29 March 2012; winners will be notified on the same day, via phone or email.
8. The judge’s decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winner agrees that their respective names may be used for publicity purposes.
10. The prizes are not transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. By participating in the MySchool Woolworths Welgemoed Easter Promotion, the winner agrees to release and hold MySchool harmless against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this competition or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
12. MySchool reserves the right to terminate this competition immediately and without notice. In the event of such termination, the entrants and winner agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against MySchool, its advertising and promotional agencies, distributors and their respective employees.
13. Any reference to MySchool in these terms and conditions shall be deemed to include reference to VMP (Pty) Ltd and any of their holding, associated, affiliated companies and subsidiaries.
