T&Cs: Engen 45th Cutting & Bureau West Schools
By participating in the above mentioned promotion, you are agreeing to accept the following Terms and Conditions:
1. The "MySchool Engen 45th Cutting & Berea West Schools Promotion" (Schools include: Berea West Pre-Primary, Berea West Junior Primary and Berea West SP) is open to all MySchool cardholders over the age of 18 years who are in lawful possession of a MySchool Card or Woolworths linked Difference Card, Store Card or Visa Credit Card.
2. The prize to be awarded to Top 3 families is 1st prize R1’000 off 2012 School Fee’s and 2nd and 3rd prices an Engen 45th cutting hamper.
3. The prize is valued at 1st prize = R1000, 2nd prize = R400 and 3rd prize = R200 and includes Engen 45th cutting goodies for prize 2nd and 3rd.
4. The competition commences on 1st December 2011 and shall close on 31st January 2012, this is called the promotional period.
5. The promotion shall not be open to MySchool employees and their family members including the employees and family members of the MySchool advertising and promotional agencies and distributors.
6. In order to be entered into the competition, card holders are required during the promotion period to swipe their MySchool card a minimum of 8 times and spend more than R100 during the promotional period.
7. The judge’s decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winner agrees that their respective names may be used for publicity purposes.
9. Winner announcement will be held on 7th March 2011; winners will be notified within 7 days thereafter, via phone or email.
10. The prize is not transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. In the event that the winner cannot be successfully contacted following all reasonable attempts to do so, MySchool reserves the right to disqualify the winner from the competition and to draw another winner in his or her stead.
12. By participating in the "MySchool Engen 45th Cutting & Berea West Schools Promotion" the winner agrees to release and hold MySchool harmless against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this competition or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
13. MySchool reserves the right to terminate this competition immediately and without notice. In the event of such termination, the entrants and winner agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against MySchool, its advertising and promotional agencies, distributors and their respective employees.
14. Any reference to MySchool in these terms and conditions shall be deemed to include reference to VMP (Pty) Ltd and any of their holding, associated, affiliated companies and subsidiaries.
