T&Cs: Go Healthy & Win (24 Oct - 4 Nov 2011)

By participating in the MySchool “Go Healthy & Win” promotion you accept the following terms and conditions:

1. The MySchool “Go Healthy & Win” promotion is an initiative of the MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet fundraising programme.
2. The MySchool “Go Healthy & Win” promotion is open to all MySchool cardholders over the age of 18 years who are in lawful possession of a MySchool Card or Woolworths linked Difference Card, Store Card or Visa Credit Card.
3. The competition commences on 14 October 2011 and shall close on 4 November 2011 (called “the promotion period”).
4. The grand prize to be awarded to one lucky supporter is a healthy food hamper.  
5. The prize is valued at R500 and includes delivery.
6. The MySchool “Go Healthy & Win” promotion is not open to MySchool or Woolworths employees and their family members including the employees and family members of the MySchool advertising and promotional agencies, any MySchool partners or distributors.
7. In order to be entered into the competition, cardholders are required to “Like” the MySchool My Village MyPlanet facebook page and participate in this promotion via this medium. Entries may also be posted on the blog page.
8. Multiple entries are permitted.
9. The winner will be identified as the person who as submitted the best entry, as judged by an independent panel.
10. The judge’s decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The winner agrees that their respective names may be used for publicity purposes.
12. Winner announcement will be held in the first week of November; winners will be notified within 2 days thereafter, via phone or email.
13. MySchool will witness a fair random selection process and the judges’ decision shall be final.
14. The prize is not transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
15. In the event that the winner cannot be successfully contacted within 48 hours after reasonable attempts to do so, MySchool reserves the right to disqualify the winner from the competition and to draw another winner in his or her stead.
16. By participating in the MySchool “Go Healthy & Win” promotion, the winner agrees to release and hold MySchool harmless against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this competition or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
17. MySchool reserves the right to amend or terminate this competition immediately and without notice. In the event of such termination, the entrants and winner agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against MySchool, its advertising and promotional agencies, distributors and their respective employees.
18. Any reference to MySchool in these terms and conditions shall be deemed to include reference to Virtual Market Place (Pty) Ltd and any of their holding, associated, affiliated companies and subsidiaries.
