T&C's: MySchool PinkDrive promotion

By participating in the MySchool PinkDrive promotion you accept these terms and conditions:

1. The MySchool PinkDrive Promotion is an initiative of the MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet fundraising programme in association with PinkDrive and initiative of Cause Marketing Fundriasers a section 21 Company.
2. The MySchool PinkDrive Promotion is open to all MySchool cardholders over the age of 18 years who are in lawful possession of a MySchool Card.
3. The competition commences on 01 October 2011 and shall close on 15 November 2011 (called “the promotion period”).
4. The grand prize to be awarded to one lucky supporter is a 2 night stay at Sprinkgbok Lodge for the winner and a partner.
5. The prize is valued at R7 000 and includes accommodation, 3 meals per day, all hot beverages, and snacks and two scheduled game drive activities per day.
6. Should the grand prize winners not be able to attend the event they will forfeit their prize. No other prize will be offered.
7. The MySchool PinkDrive Promotion shall not be open to MySchool, Cause Marketing Fundraisers or Sho-sho-loza employees and their family members including the employees and family members of the MySchool advertising and promotional agencies, any MySchool partners or distributors.
8. In order to be entered into the competition, people are required to sign-up to My School and become a cardholder.  To qualify for the lucky draw supporters have to swipe their MySchool card during October and November (4 swipes in total) at any participating partner stores, to qualify for the luck draw.  The total of 3 card swipes can be made at any partner during the promotional period.
9. Purchasing products from any of the participating partner stores is subject to the terms and conditions as set out by each of these partners.  Refer to their websites for their full terms and conditions.
10. Multiple entries are permitted.
11. The judge’s decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The winner agrees that their respective names may be used for publicity purposes.
13. Winner announcement will be held on 30 November; winners will be notified within 2 days thereafter, via phone or email.
14. MySchool will witness a fair random selection process and the judges’ decision shall be final.
15. The prize is not transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
16. In the event that the winner cannot be successfully contacted within 48 hours after reasonable attempts to do so, MySchool reserves the right to disqualify the winner from the competition and to draw another winner in his or her stead.
17. By participating in the MySchool PinkDrive Promotion, the winner agrees to release and hold MySchool and PinkDrive (A Cause Marketing Fundraisers initiative) harmless against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this competition or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
18. MySchool reserves the right to amend or terminate this competition immediately and without notice. In the event of such termination, the entrants and winner agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against MySchool, its advertising and promotional agencies, distributors and their respective employees.
19. Any reference to MySchool in these terms and conditions shall be deemed to include reference to Virtual Market Place (Pty) Ltd and any of their holding, associated, affiliated companies and subsidiaries.
