T&Cs: Swipe & Win with MySchool & Engen Vineyard Convenience Centre (Cape Town)

If you would like to enter our "Swipe & Win with MySchool and Engen Vineyard Convention Centre" promotion, please accept the following terms and conditions :

• “Swipe & Win with MySchool & Engen Vineyard Convenience Centre” promotion is open to all participating MySchool card holders from selected schools over the age of 18, who are in lawful possession of a MySchool Card.
• Winners are identified as:

1. Top Supporting School:

• The school that has Raised the most MySchool funds during the promotion period

1. Top Supporter:

• The person that has Transacted the most during the promotion period

1. Participating schools and supporters will only be eligible to win once during the duration of this competition

• Prizes awarded:

1. The Top Supporting School receives a R2000 cheque
2. The Top Supporter receives a R1000 Engen Vineyard Convenience Centre voucher:

• The voucher is only exchangeable for merchandise and may not be redeemed for cash;
• No cash change will be given;
• The voucher is valid for 12 months;
• Please safeguard your voucher as it cannot be replaced or any value thereon redeemed if lost or stolen.
• The promotion period commences on the 1^st of August 2011 and shall close on 30^st of November 2011.
• In order to be entered into the competition, MySchool supporters are required during the promotion period to swipe their MySchool card whilst purchasing merchandise at Engen Vineyard Convenience Centre.
• All Woolworth’s cards and any method of payment is accepted. However, to qualify as an entry; supporters must swipe their Blue MySchool card in conjunction with any Woolworths card and separate method of payment. The combined Woolworths store cards that are linked to MySchool do not register as MySchool on the Engen System.
• At the close of each month, winners are selected and the swiping balances are cleared.
• The “Swipe & Win with MySchool & Engen Vineyard Convenience Centre” promotion shall not be open to MySchool employees and their family members including the employees and family members of the MySchool advertising and promotional agencies and distributors.
• The judges’ decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The winners agree that their respective names may be used for publicity purposes.
• Winner announcement will be held in the second week of the following month. Winners will be notified via phone.
