Ireland Trip Terms and Conditions

1. The competition runs from 1 August to 30 September 2009
2. The prize is valid for South African residents with valid South African passports over 21 years of age
3. The prize is for 2 Adults (21 years of age and older) and 2 children (2 - 11 years)
4. Travel to Johannesburg is not included in the prize
5. Travel needs to commence by 31 December 2009
6. This competition is open exclusively to MySchool card holders and Woolworths Linked card holders. You must be 21 years or older to participate. Exclusions: directors, members, partners, employees, agents, service providers and consultants of the Virtual Market Place company and/or their spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers, sisters, business partners or associates.
7. Virtual Market Place (Pty) Ltd and its agents accept no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible or corrupted entries. Virtual Market Place (Pty) Ltd and its agents are not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any other consequences of user error.

9. To qualify for the lucky draw, a supporter must register online for the competition and swipe their card at three(3) different national partners during August 2009 and during September 2009. National partners are Woolworths, Engen convenience stores, Club Travel, Reggie’s, Toys R Us, Waltons, Kalahari.net, SupaQuick, Quiksilver, Jack’s Paint.
10. Winners are drawn at random from all supporters who qualify. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours a new winner will be drawn. The decision is final.
11. The winner will allow MySchool to take a photo of them and to use their photo on relevant marketing material at no cost.
12. Everyone who registered for the competition will by implication indicate that MySchool may contact them to deliver their monthly supporter statement and relevant additional communications.
13. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Virtual Market Place (Pty) Ltd or its agents will not be held responsible for any disputes arising from the competition or prize awards.
14. Prizes are not transferable, and cannot be deferred or exchanged.
15. Winners use prizes at own risk. Virtual Market Place (Pty) Ltd and its agents shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize/s.
16. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them when entering.
17. Should the winners not have valid VISA at the time of winning the competition, they will be required to arrange visas at their own expense.
18. The prize is a family trip to Ireland for 4 people only, which must consist of 2 adults and 2 children (2 - 11 years)
19. Virtual Market Place (Pty) Ltd and its agents reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
