Q: Why are you changing the logo?
A:  The new refreshed logo is in keeping with the stature and values of our brand. The interlinking rainbow represents how we connect with our partners, supporters and  beneficiaries while also being more contemporary and inspirational. Our objective is to modernise the brand, making it approachable and relevant to a new generation of supporters while also appealing to our current loyal supporters.

Q: Should we continue to use the current marketing material?
A: Yes, the updated branding will be slowly phased in and you’ll be provided with new marketing material over time. Current marketing material is not obsolete and can still be used. In order to prevent waste and unnecessary costs we will be replacing marketing material when the opportunity arises.

Q: Does the old card still work?
A: Yes, there is no need to get a new card. Your MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet card never expires.

Q: Are there still different cards for different beneficiaries?
A: No, there is only one type of MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet card, which is issued to a supporter no matter which beneficiary they select. This one card can be used regardless of whether you support a School and Village or a Planet.

Q: What if someone wants the new card?
A: Replacement cards can be requested from us directly on 0860 100 445 or via email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).

Q: Will the card cost change?
A: No. Replacement cards ordered via email or phone is issued at no cost to the beneficiary. New cards ordered online or from a Woolworths store will cost R19.00 as usual.

Q: What should I do now?
A: Let you staff and supporters know about the new brand identity and card, but be sure to remind them that the old card is still valid. Download the new logo from our website and use it on all marketing material going forward (remember to send it to MySchool for approval in advance).
